One main exercise I see is when you put one hand on your chest and the other on your belly and start breathing and if the hand on the chest expands more than the hand on the belly then it's wrong and you must work on expanding your belly more than your chest on inhale.

Plus if you notice in small children and animals , this is their natural breathing state from birth but some things in life can knock it off track such as NOT BEING INFORMED..

Job promotions, marriages, and many more opportunities have been thrown down the drain simply because of poor attitude at that moment.

So it's safe to say as humans we tend to have mixed attitudes throughout the day especially when something good happens and then something bad later on that day.

I've learned that one of the biggest secrets to success is to develop the attitude of treating people like they are the most important people in the world and this is why I focus on giving them the most important helpful information such as this.

Actions trigger feelings just as well as feelings trigger actions therefore you must feel, act, and look successful and depression free which is a practice and a skill set.
Just imagine if successful basketball players stopped practicing all of a sudden and only picked up a basketball on game night.
